Rambing Destinations for the Summer are announced!

Concluding on from a lively debate, the Rambling House Group put forward the following list of interesting places to visit during the Summer. One place will be selected in the near future. 1. Solas and St. Deirbhile's Well, Aghleam. 2. National Museum of Country Life, Tourlough Park. 3. Foxford Wollen Mills. 4. Michael Davitt Museum, Strade. 5. Achill Island. Which one is it going to be? Good wishes were extended to Jamie Morgan on the opening of her Craft Shop, Lysander and Olive, The Resource Centre, Main Street, Ballycastle, Co. Mayo. The shop's opening hours are 10am - 4pm Wednesday - Sunday each week. (Closed Mondays and Tuesdays). It is Jamie's intention to operate a clothing repairs/alteration service in the very near future. For further details on this excellent service, please call into the shop, your local support will be much appreciated. Fun Fact: The origin of the Craft Shop's name stems from the fictional character of Lysander in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and Jamie's love of the colour Olive green.
